You will need

  • For the test:

  • - ground almonds - 250 g;

  • - sugar - 100 g;

  • - egg whites - 7 pcs;

  • - flour - 50 g.

  • For cream:

  • - dry vanilla pudding - 2 bags;

  • - milk - 750 ml;

  • - sugar - 100 g;

  • - butter - 150 g;

  • To decorate:

  • - icing sugar - 1 tablespoon;

  • - cocoa - 1 teaspoon;

  • - chocolate - 100 g.

Mix egg whites with granulated sugar. Beat this mixture to a thick foam, then add almonds and flour to it. Mix everything thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. While it is heating up, cover 2 baking sheets with parchment and lay on them a protein-flour mixture, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. In this form, send to bake for about 25 minutes.

In the meantime, pour the vanilla pudding into a separate cup and fill it with 250 milliliters of milk. Pour the remaining half a liter of milk into a saucepan and combine with granulated sugar. Put this mass on fire. Once it boils, introduce the diluted pudding and boil the mixture again.

Leave the butter for a while at room temperature - it should soften. Once this happens, combine it with a mass of vanilla pudding. Beat well. Cream for the cake is ready.

Gently cut the edges of the baked cakes - they will serve as a side for the dish.

Put one cake on the dishes and surround it with the obtained sides. Then place the cream on it, gently spreading it over the entire surface. Cover with the remaining cake. In this form, send to the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Combine powdered sugar with cocoa powder. Mix well. Decorate the finished dessert with the resulting mass. Also, if desired, sprinkle it with grated chocolate. Cut the treat into pieces. Almond cakes with vanilla cream are ready!
