In the remaining 350 ml of coffee, add 1 tbsp. liquor. Dip the cookies for 1-2 seconds in coffee and spread on the bottom of a large form or a bowl. Spread a portion of the cream on top, then repeat the layers of cookies and cream. Sprinkle cocoa with Tiramisu using a small strainer and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

An excellent summer dessert can be prepared with Mascarpone cheese and fresh berries, such as cherries. You will need the following products:

- 250 g of Mascarpone cheese;

- 10 quail eggs;

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar;

- 2 glasses of cherries;

- 1 tbsp starch;

- 1 tbsp rum;

- 2 tbsp Sahara

- 70 g of dark chocolate.

Rinse the berries and remove the seeds from them. Put the cherries in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and heat over low heat, stirring constantly to separate the juice and the sugar to dissolve. Add rum, darken the berries for 2-3 minutes, introduce the starch and cool the mixture.

A simple and quick dessert is made from Mascarpone cheese, cream and bananas. This will require:

- 250 g of Mascarpone cheese;

- 2-3 bananas;

- 150 ml cream with a fat content of 33-35%;

- cocoa.

Beat the cheese with a mixer, add the mashed banana into the pulp and mix. Whip the cream separately, add the cheese and banana mass and knead until a homogeneous consistency. Place the sliced ​​bananas at the bottom of the mold, cover with cream and sprinkle cocoa on top. Chill the finished dessert for 20-30 minutes.
