To prepare chicken cutlets with oatmeal, you will need: chicken (breast or already prepared chicken mincemeat) - 500 g, oatmeal (choose the finest grinding) - half an ordinary faceted glass, and seasonings (onion - 1 pc., 2- 3 cloves of garlic, black pepper, paprika, herbs, salt to taste), half a glass of milk (it can be replaced with water), one egg.
Cooking Oatmeal Chicken Cutlets
1. Pour oatmeal with milk or water, break the egg there, mix and leave the mixture for half an hour.
2. Finely chop onion, garlic, herbs, mix it all with minced meat. Shuffle. Do not forget to salt.
3. Put the minced meat with spices into the cereal. Mix well.
4. Put minced meat for cutlets in a frying pan greased (butter or vegetable can be used). Fry chicken cutlets over medium heat on both sides, then simmer them over low heat under a lid until cooked.
