You will need
- - 100 g butter
- - 80 g sugar
- - 25 g mint
- - 2 eggs
- - a teaspoon of baking powder
- - 6 candies "Raffaello"
- - 100 g flour
- - 20 ml of vegetable oil

Wash the mint leaves, dry on a paper or fabric napkin. In a blender, mix sugar with mint leaves. You get mint sugar.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator to soften. Then mix it in a suitable container with mint sugar. Add eggs, mix with a whisk.

Sift flour with baking powder, mix well. Lightly grease the molds with vegetable oil. Put in each dough in the amount of one tablespoon.

Place on top of the candy, squeezing lightly into the dough. Fill out the molds with the remaining dough. Send them to the oven, preheated to 170 degrees.

After 25 minutes, turn off the oven, but do not remove the cupcakes until it cools. Remove the finished cupcakes from the tins. Put on a dish, decorate as desired.

During baking, it is not advisable to open the oven door, then the cupcakes will turn out to be soft and tender.
