Fry chopped onions and grated carrots until golden brown. Pre-cooked pork tongue and smoked meat cut into small cubes. Bring the broth to a boil and add cooked ingredients - frying, tongue and meat.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Grind or chop olives. Add the ingredients to the contents of the pan and continue to simmer the hodgepodge.

A few minutes before cooking, add the juice of half a lemon to the meat hodgepodge. Cut the other half into thin plates. Dish with salt and pepper to taste.

Before serving, season the hodgepodge with sour cream, garnish with fresh herbs and lemon slices. In order to make the soup more rich, when frying onions and carrots, add a little butter to the contents of the pan. Olives can be replaced with olives.
