- - sea bass - 800 g;
- - four oranges;
- - lemon juice - 80 ml;
- - wheat flour, butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - one onion;
- - salt, ground pepper - to taste.

Divide the fish into five portions. Pour each piece of perch with lemon juice, leave for ten minutes for marinating.

While you can squeeze juice from oranges.

Bread fish in flour, fry in dissolved oil along with chopped onion. The fish should turn golden.

Pour the fish with orange juice, bring to a boil. Pepper, salt, serve. Bon Appetit!
