Cooking:

  1. Potato tubers should be peeled and rinsed thoroughly. Then they are cut with a sharp knife into large enough pieces.

  2. Chopped potatoes need to be put in a saucepan and pour clean water into it. Then the container is placed on a hot stove. After the water boils, the fire should be reduced. Cook the potatoes almost until done.

  3. Pour milk into another not-so-large saucepan and heat it on the stove.

  4. After the milk becomes hot, it will need to be poured into a pot of potatoes.

  5. Clean and rinse the fish. Cut it with a sharp knife into pieces of a sufficiently large size. After that, dip them in a saucepan with soup.

  6. After the soup begins to boil, you need to reduce the heat to a minimum. With a small boil, the dish should cook for about 10 minutes.

  7. Hull should be removed from the onion. Then it is thoroughly washed in cold water and cut into very small cubes. After this, the onion should be poured into a pan, in which you first need to pour a little sunflower oil. Fry the onion over medium heat until a pleasant golden color.

  8. After the fish is cooked for 10 minutes, pour the frying into the soup. At the same time, add lavrushka, ground black pepper, salt, as well as your favorite seasonings to the saucepan. Next, the soup is cooked for another 5 minutes and removed from the stove. Cover the pan and let it stand for at least 20 minutes.

  9. In the soup spilled on plates, do not forget to pour washed and finely chopped fresh herbs.
