- - salted or smoked salmon -250 grams;
- - milk - 170 milliliters;
- - cream cheese - 50 grams;
- - butter - 30 grams;

- - baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
- - salt - 1/4 teaspoon.
- For cream, take:
- - fat sour cream - 120 grams;
- - ready horseradish - 1 teaspoon;
- - salt - 1/4 teaspoon.

Mix flour with baking powder, salt, chopped dill.

Beat a chicken, milk, butter, and cream cheese in a separate bowl. Combine both mixtures, knead a homogeneous dough.

Preheat the pan, grease with vegetable oil. Pour two teaspoons of dough, bake small pancakes, on each side for about a minute.

Cook the sour cream sauce while the cooked pancakes are frozen. To do this, mix sour cream with horseradish, salt to taste.

Cut the fish into thin slices. Put on each pancake a spoonful of cream and a slice of salmon, garnish with sprigs of dill. The original appetizer is ready!
