You will need

  • Products:

  • • Warm water - 450-500 ml

  • • Honey - 3-3.5 Art. spoons

  • • Sugar -0.5 cup

  • • Vegetable oil - ¾- 1 cup

  • • Wheat flour - 4 cups

  • • Soda - 1 tsp.

  • • Salt - 0.5 tsp.

  • Cupcake Molds (Silicone or Metal)

Instruction manual

1

In a bowl, combine warm water, vegetable oil, honey and sugar. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the sugar grains dissolve and all the liquids are combined into a homogeneous mass.

2

Sift flour into another bowl, add soda and salt. Place the dry mixture and mix with the liquid mixture. At this stage, you need to carefully place the resulting dough so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should be like a pancake.

3

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the dough on 2/3 of the height in the cupcake tins. Bake honey muffins for 20 -25 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Received honey muffins will be a pleasant dark honey hue. Let them rest in the form of 5-10 minutes and listen.

note

Oil can be used any that you like, but always without a pungent smell, refined. If desired, berries (fresh or dried), raisins and even nuts can be added to the muffins. Decorate the top with any thick cream or jam.

Useful advice

You may need some more wheat flour. It depends on the type of flour, shelf life and gluten. The consistency of the dough can serve as a guideline: if the dough flows freely from a spoon, it means that there is enough flour.
