  • Thanks to the same folic acid and B vitamins, tangerines are useful during pregnancy, as they help not only to strengthen the mother’s nervous system, but also in the formation of the baby’s nervous system. In addition, tangerine infusions, like the fruits themselves, help to reduce the manifestation of toxicosis in pregnant women.

  • Mandarins contain a high level of potassium, while sodium is much less. It is this combination that helps blood vessels maintain optimal blood pressure. The combination of vitamins B6 and C, potassium contribute to the strengthening of the cardiovascular system and reduce the likelihood of a heart attack, coronary heart disease, hypertension, atherosclerosis, stroke.
