You will need
- For 4 muffins:
- - 75 g flour
- - 20 g of cocoa powder
- - 0.5 tsp baking powder
- - 1/8 tsp soda
- - 1/8 tsp salt
- - 75 g sugar
- - 25 g butter
- - 125 ml of buttermilk
- - 1 small egg
- - 50 g of chocolate

We put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. In the meantime, sift the flour with baking powder, soda, cocoa and salt.

Butter should be melted and cooled. Beat the egg with sugar and buttermilk, add butter, mix until smooth.

Finely chop the chocolate; if desired, you can even grate it. Combine both mixtures and add chocolate. Gently mix, pour into molds (you can sprinkle some more chocolate on top) and send to the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Bon Appetit!
Useful advice
Choose chocolate at your discretion: I recommend taking sweet tooth milk milk, but if you are a supporter of moderate sweetness - add one that contains 72 - 75% cocoa.
