  • - salmon steak - 4 pieces;

  • - two oranges;

  • - two cloves of garlic;

  • - gofio flour - 1 tsp;

  • - olive oil;

  • - saffron, fresh parsley.

Stir the saffron flour in cold water (50 ml), get rid of lumps! Squeeze the juice from oranges - it should turn out about 150 ml, if desired, add a little lemon juice.

Salt the fish, fry until ready in olive oil, transfer it to a heated plate.

In the same pan, quickly fry the chopped garlic and chopped parsley, pour the orange juice into the pan, evaporate it a little, add the saffron flour, bring to a boil, stirring. It should be a uniform sauce.

If you use starch or flour instead of gofio flour, then the mixture of flour and saffron must still be added.
