You will need

  • To prepare this dish for 4 servings, you will need:

  • 350 g asparagus

  • 600 g salmon fillet,

  • 2-3 tbsp. l olive oil,

  • 1 lemon

  • 2-3 branches of basil,

  • salt pepper,

  • for sun-dried tomatoes:

  • 4-5 tomatoes

  • 1-2 sprigs of thyme

  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil,

  • salt pepper.

Cook the sun-dried tomatoes.

Cut the tomatoes in half. Remove with a spoon the core.

Lay the halves of the tomato skin down on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Salt, pepper, sprinkle with thyme leaves, sprinkle with olive oil. Bake for about 30 minutes at 150 "C.

Peel and cook asparagus in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Salmon fillet cut across into 4 equal parts.

Fry fish on both sides in a hot frying pan with olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Salt the pepper.

Put asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes and lightly salt on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Lay the fried salmon on top, sprinkle with lemon juice and cook in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees, about 15 minutes.

Serve with basil leaves.
