You will need
- - frozen dough;
- - Lemon mousse: 1/2 cans of condensed milk, beat in a blender with juice of 2 lemons
- - 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- - a form for cupcakes;
- - a form for cookies in the shape of a flower;

Roll out the frozen dough and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature. Use the cookie cutter to cut flowers on the dough.

Place each flower inside the cupcake pan with the petals bent down. Gently lift each flower by connecting the three petals, and leave the remaining three open.

Make holes in the dough using a fork in each of the molds.
Bake for 5-7 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees or until tender.

Cool and fill the flowers with lemon mousse. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.

As a filler for flowers, you can use: Nutella, jam, cream, vanilla or cream.
