Quick dinner or breakfast! The on-duty and at the same time crown dish beloved in our family is unsweetened lazy dumplings.

You will need
- 500 grams of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons with a small hill of flour, a teaspoon of salt, onions - or one medium onion, or a bunch of green. Flour for adding.
- Sour cream or butter, season the dish.

Put a pot for cooking dumplings on the fire.
Peel or wash onions and chop smaller.
It should take about 3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix, preferably with a fork, cottage cheese, salt, egg, onion. Add flour. The dough should be very soft, easy to take with a spoon. Put it on 2 minutes.

On a chopping board, very generously sprinkled with flour, put about half the dough and roll out 2 sausages. If necessary, add flour. Diagonal cuts divide sausages into separate dumplings.
The pan should already boil, and the first batch is sent to salted water. Surfaced dumplings are cooked no longer than 2 minutes.
While the first batch is cooked, a second tab is formed.
The resulting dumplings are enough for a family of 4 people.

Curd for this recipe is better not to take the highest fat content. We sell 2%.
Useful advice
Onions can also be chopped in a blender. It is still better to stir the dough by hand.
On the same basis, only without flour, you can sculpt ordinary dumplings - salted cottage cheese with eggs and onions will become a filling.
