  • - 500 g of tomatoes;

  • - 0.5 l of milk;

  • - 50 g of butter;

  • - 100 g of cheese.

From water, flour, eggs, salt and vegetable oil, prepare an elastic dough. Roll it and cut it into rectangles. Boil the dough for 5 minutes in salted water. Throw them in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Make a sauce called Bologna Sauce. To prepare it, cut onions, parsley, carrots and garlic. Spasser all in vegetable oil. Add minced meat to this mixture and fry until tender. Then season with pepper, black and red, pour red wine and salt.

Scald the tomatoes and peel them, add to the sauce and cook until thick (this is about 40 minutes).

Make bechamel sauce. Fry flour in butter and dilute with milk. Cook until thickened, salt and pepper.

Lubricate the baking dish, put the pieces of dough there and pour the Bologna sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Then put another layer of dough and pour in bechamel sauce. Alternate the layers until the ingredients run out. Sprinkle cheese on top. Put in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Pour milk into the flour in a thin stream. Otherwise, lumps may form.
