You will need

  • - 300 g chicken breast fillet;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sesame;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil.
  • For the sauce:

  • - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil;

  • - 0.5 tsp soy sauce;

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;

  • - grated zest and juice of 1 lemon;

  • - A pinch of very fine sugar.

Cut the red onion head in half and then into slices. Also cut into slices and mushrooms.
