  • • Chicken fillet - 5 pcs.

  • • Bulgarian pepper - pcs.

  • • Milk cream - 2 tbsp.

  • • Cheese - 100 g

  • • Chives - 2-3 arrows

  • • Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.

  • • Lemon - 1 pc.

  • • Rosemary - 1 tablespoon

  • • Spices (for chicken) - 1 tbsp.

  • • Vegetable oil (olive) - 2 tbsp.

It is good to beat the chicken fillet with a culinary hammer, wrapping it with cling film.

Then shift the meat into a deep container, add spices for chicken, salt and pepper. While the meat is soaked in all the spices and seasonings, we will prepare the filling.

In a separate container, mix lemon juice and olive oil, salt, pepper and beat a little with a whisk or fork.

For the filling, chop the bell pepper, green onion. Grate the cheese. To mix everything.

Now it's time to shape the rolls. Put the beaten chicken meat on the board, put the filling on the fillet and roll it up with a tube, fix the resulting rolls with toothpicks.

Dip the rolled rolls first in a mixture of olive oil and lemon. Next roll in breadcrumbs.

Put all the rolls in the baking dish, place in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 C.

Chicken rolls with rosemary can be served on the table, as a separate dish, or with a side dish: potatoes, cereals, pasta. You can put it on lettuce leaves.
