You will need

  • - 700-750 g chicken;

  • - 700 g of peeled pumpkin;

  • - 200 g of any hard cheese;

  • - 150 g sour cream;

  • - 150 g of mayonnaise;

  • - 30 g of butter;

  • - 3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs;

  • - salt, pepper, spices to your taste.

Instruction manual

1

Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces. They should not be very large and not very small. Salt, pepper and add spices to taste.

2

The peeled pumpkin, previously cut into pieces for convenience, is rubbed on a medium grater. You do not need to rub it on the smallest grater, as it will turn out just pumpkin porridge, and this is absolutely not suitable.

3

We also rub the cheese on a grater, it is possible on the smallest and on the average (it does not matter).

4

We transfer the grated pumpkin and cheese into one container (preferably quite large), add mayonnaise and sour cream, then mix it all very carefully.

5

Pre-grease the baking dish with flooded butter, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs, evenly distributing them along the bottom of the mold.

6

From the mixture of cheese and pumpkin we take half and evenly spread in the form, while slightly crushing it.

7

Spread chicken fillet sliced on top. You can also sprinkle with various spices if desired. A mixture of dried herbs is also good.

8

Then spread the remaining pumpkin with cheese. Sprinkle all this with the remnants of breadcrumbs.

9

We put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about an hour. Let the casserole cool down a bit, cut and enjoy the result!

note

Before serving, you can decorate the casserole with sprigs of dill or parsley, as well as thin slices of tomato.
