Believe me, this is not a joke: you are really able to surprise them with barbecue, but not quite ordinary - this one will be from shrimps baked in ham. So tasty, but at the same time, a diet treat will be remembered by everyone and will quickly disappear from the table.

You will need
- - 12 large peeled shrimp;
- - 100 g of ham;
- - 100 ml of olive oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoon of honey;
- - 1 lemon.

For this dish, well-salted ham is best, otherwise the shrimp will turn out to be fresh - it will be impossible to eat them.

Wrap each peeled shrimp individually in a slice of ham. When all the shrimp are wrapped, pierce them through the skewer. If you plan to use skewers or small wooden skewers, pre-hold them briefly in water (so as to soak), otherwise they will burn and the shrimp will not bake.

For a change, you can alternate shrimp on skewers with pieces of vegetables: paprika, cherry tomatoes, etc.

Next is the sauce. To cook it, you just need to whip together the zest and lemon juice, honey and olive oil.

Bake shrimps in ham for two minutes on the grill or barbecue, then sprinkle with sauce. Barbecue served on the table hot. Bon appetit to you and your guests.
