Sometimes there is simply no time for cooking, but you need to feed the household, no one has yet canceled this function. Or all of a sudden, the guests came and they had to put something on the table very quickly. For such cases, I always keep a couple packs of crab sticks in the freezer.

- some flour
- hard cheese 50 grams,

Everything is prepared very quickly. Naturally, first defrost the crab sticks.

While they are in the process of defrosting, we will prepare a batter. To do this, rub the cheese on a fine grater and mix all the ingredients listed. If I cook a treat for children, I don’t add garlic there. And if the guests are adults, and even men, then garlic in batter will be very useful. But generally for an amateur, decide for yourself.

I do not dip the sticks whole in batter, but cut them across into 3 or 4 parts to make small squares. And in this form, I dip them in batter and fry them in oil in a pan. It turns out sort of pads.
Useful advice
If there is no cheese in the fridge - it doesn’t matter, you can cook sticks without it. In batter, you can add any kind of spices to taste. Sometimes I add dry dill or pepper there.
