Shortcake recipe with cottage cheese

This delicious and unusual cake is a great find for receiving unexpected guests or Sunday tea drinking with your family. To prepare it, the following products should be in the house:

- 500 g of cottage cheese;

- 1 pack of creamy margarine;

- 2 eggs;

- 2/3 cups of granulated sugar;

- 1 packet of semi-finished sand cake;

- vanillin.

First of all, prepare a layer for the pie. To do this, put in a deep bowl creamy or rubbed cottage cheese through a sieve, pour sugar, vanilla and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Thickly grease the heat-resistant form with cream margarine and evenly rub a half pack of margarine on a coarse grater, which must be well cooled beforehand. Pour half of the cake mix on the margarine layer and distribute it evenly throughout the mold. Flatten with a spoon, and slightly raise at the side so that the curd layer does not touch the walls of the form.

Put half of the curd mass on the powder of the sand cake mix, distributing it throughout the form, but not touching the sides. On top of the curd layer, grate the remaining margarine on a coarse grater and also evenly distribute it throughout the curd layer.

Pour the remainder of the cake mix onto margarine. Flatten it again by slightly lifting the sides of the mold. Lay out the remaining curd mass, distributing evenly throughout the mold.

Grind 3-5 pieces of any cookies or half a glass of walnut kernels and sprinkle with the resulting crumb crumbs. If there is no cookie, it can be replaced with good quality vanilla crackers. In extreme cases, you can take breadcrumbs, but keep in mind that the taste of the cake will be worse.

Place the cottage cheese pie in the oven for an hour and a half, bake at a temperature lower than average. The cake should bake well, but not burn. When taking the pastries out of the mold, knock it over onto one dish, and from it onto another. Powder should be on top.
