This Hungarian dish is very simple to prepare. It turns out a beautiful snack for any table. Only chicken fillet is required to take chilled, frozen meat is most often not so tender.

You will need

  • - 600 g of chicken;

  • - 300 g canned peaches;

  • - 200 g of red grapes;

  • - 200 g of mayonnaise;

  • - 100 ml of dry white wine;

  • - 100 ml cream of 35% fat content;

  • - 1 head of lettuce;

  • - 3 boiled eggs;

  • - pepper, salt.

Boil chicken eggs, cool under a stream of cold water, peel. Pre-cook chicken fillet until tender, cool, cut into cubes. Dice eggs and canned peaches too.

Rinse red grapes, dry, separate from twigs. Cut each berry in half, remove the seeds. If you bought a seedless grape variety, you can add the whole berries to the cocktail. Wash lettuce, dry, disassemble into leaves.

Take cream, whip into a foam, mix with dry wine and mayonnaise. Salt, pepper to your liking. You can add seasoning at your discretion, although the appetizer is so original with wine and grapes.

Put lettuce on a beautiful serving platter. In a deep bowl, combine pieces of chicken, peaches, grapes and eggs. Pour the mixture of ingredients with a creamy mayonnaise mixture, mix thoroughly. Arrange the shashad cocktail of chicken on lettuce leaves. This appetizer can be prepared in portions, serving it on small plates, the same serving option is suitable for a large festive table.
