- - 750 g minced chicken or pork;
- - 150 g of stale bread;
- - 120 ml of milk;
- - 130 g of onion;
- - 350 g of mushrooms;
- - 120 g sour cream;
- - 15 g of mustard;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - vegetable oil.

Soak the bread in milk, after it softens, grind it in a blender.

Salt and pepper the minced meat, add chopped bread to it and mix thoroughly. Then it should be repulsed.

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, salt, pepper and fry them in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil.

Divide the cooked meat into two halves. To form several small balls from one part of the meat, then make a flat cake from each and put in a special mold for baking cupcakes.

Inside each cupcake, put a filling of mushrooms and close on top with pieces of minced meat from the remaining half.

Mix sour cream with mustard and pour this mixture on top of each mold. Then put them baked in the oven for 45 minutes.
