  • - garlic 2 tooth;

  • - lemon juice 1 tbsp

Wash the lamb, dry with paper towels, cut into pieces. Peel the onion. Rinse greens well under running water.

Skip the meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. Finely chop the parsley, dill and cilantro and send it to the minced meat. Add pepper and salt to the minced meat, mix everything thoroughly. So that the minced meat does not fall off the skewers, it should be well beaten off. Then form dense meat cakes.
