You will need

- - 125 ml of sour cream;
- - 100 g of grated cheese;
- - 4 tablespoons of olive oil;

Cut the green onions into rings and separate the green part from the white.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a soup pot and fry the white onion rings.
