Unusual potato patties with walnuts are nutritious and interesting in taste. The recipe can be of interest for vegetarian cuisine, if you replace milk with potato broth, and eggs with soy sauce.

You will need
- - potatoes (9 pcs.);
- - bread (250 g);
- - milk (100 g);
- - onions (2 heads);
- - walnuts (150 g);
- - eggs (4 pcs.);
- - salt (to taste);
- - Provencal herbs (1 tbsp.spoon);
- - garlic (2 cloves);
- - breadcrumbs (100 g);
- - olive oil (2 tbsp.spoons).

Boil potatoes with peel. When the vegetables have cooled, remove the peel and knead until smooth.

Pour the loaf cut into pieces with heated milk for half an hour. Then we pass the bread through a meat grinder. Scroll in a meat grinder and onions, and walnuts.

Beat eggs with salt and spices. Of spices, Provencal herbs are best suited.

Pour the eggs to the bread and add the garlic squeezed through the press. We mix all the ingredients into a uniform mincemeat, not forgetting to salt it to taste.

We form cutlets of the size we need and dip them in breadcrumbs. Fry cutlets in olive oil. Fry in a pan on both sides until cooked.
