  • - two onions;

  • - five cloves of garlic;
  • - 200 ml of sour cream (any fat content);

  • - greens;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt, pepper (to taste).

Defrost the chicken fillet, rinse it and cut into thin slices. Peel potatoes and onions, rinse. Cut the onion rings, the potatoes with the plates, and then soak the potatoes in water (this is necessary so that the potatoes do not darken).

Peel the garlic, pass it through the garlic press, then rub the chicken fillet with it, salt and pepper the meat.

Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay onion evenly cut on it, onion - potatoes in one layer, salt.

Rinse thoroughly greens (dill, parsley and spinach), chop it (you can use, for example, a blender), then mix the greens with sour cream, salt and beat thoroughly.

Pour the potatoes over the cooked sauce.

Put the cut fillet on the potato (you need to lay it as tightly as possible to each other), sprinkle the meat on top with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180-190 degrees and place a baking sheet in it for 50 minutes (to check the casserole is ready, simply pierce the potatoes with a toothpick in several places, if it is soft, then the dish is ready).

Rinse green onions, chop. Cut the casserole into portions and put on plates, sprinkle the onion on top. The dish is ready, it can be served to the table.

Useful advice

Sour cream can be replaced with yogurt, the dish in this case will turn out less caloric.
