Pancake cake with condensed milk
Ingredients:
- milk - 1.5 cups;
- water - 1 glass;
- flour - 2 glasses;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- sugar - 5 tablespoons;
- vanilla - 1 teaspoon;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
- boiled condensed milk - 250 grams;
- sour cream (thick) - 250 grams;
- Almonds - to taste.
Mix milk, eggs, vanilla, water, 3 tablespoons of sugar and salt. Beat these ingredients with a mixer and gradually sprinkle flour on them. Add vegetable oil to this mass and mix well. Bake pancakes from the resulting dough.
When the base is ready, you can collect the cake. Put pancakes on top of each other, soaking each one with boiled condensed milk or sour cream mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Lay out the filling so that the cake does not fall apart - it should hold the layers together well. Top the treat with boiled condensed milk and sprinkle with crushed almonds.
