Puff salad with forest mushrooms for the New Year
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets;
- 150 g of frozen mushrooms;
- 1 head of rep. Bow;
- 1-2 hard tomatoes;
- 130-140 g of hard cheese;
- mayonnaise or sour cream to taste;
- salt.
Cooking:
1. Sliced chicken into small cubes, salt and fry in a pan with a small amount of oil. Then put on a plate for cooling.
2. Sauté finely chopped onions in oil, then add boiled and finely chopped mushrooms to it. Fry everything until cooked. Cool the mushrooms with onions, laying them on a separate plate.
3. Wash and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Seeds and liquid should be removed.
4. Lay the salad in layers. The bottom layer is chicken, top with a grid of sour cream or mayonnaise.
5. Put the forest mushrooms with onions in a second layer, add a little salt. Make a grid of mayonnaise.
6. The next layer - tomatoes cubes, then grease with mayonnaise.
7. Rub the hard cheese on top to make a lush “coat”.
8. Remove the resulting salad with wild mushrooms and chicken for several hours in the refrigerator so that it is well soaked.
