Almond paste is very suitable for morning toast, walnuts for muesli and yogurt, regular baking flour should be replaced with almond, and cashew paste with apple slices will be the best snack during a work break. Do not be afraid to generously season olive oil with avocado salad, and there should always be oily fish in the daily menu.

It is always worth remembering that “bad” fats provoke cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, and can even cause cancer. But healthy fats prevent serious illnesses and help maintain beauty and health.
