  • - 5 young potatoes;

  • - 100 g of spinach;

  • - 20 g of fresh tarragon (tarragon);

  • - 110 ml of olive oil;

  • - 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard;

  • - a quarter of a lemon;

  • - a pinch of salt and ground black pepper;
  • For fried eggs:

  • - 10 quail eggs;

  • - 2 tomatoes;

  • - 1 green bell pepper;

  • - 30 g of celery greens;

  • - vegetable oil;

  • - salt;
  • For meatballs:

  • - 250 g of pork and beef;

  • - 12 boiled quail eggs;

  • - 1 clove of garlic;

  • - 1 chicken egg;

  • - 80 g flour + 40 g for the sauce;

  • - 30 g of butter;

  • - 200 ml of 2.5-3.5% milk;

  • - 3/4 tsp curry;

  • - 1/2 tsp mixtures of peppers;

  • - salt;

  • - vegetable oil;
  • For a snack:

  • - 20 boiled quail eggs;

  • - 20 red cherry tomatoes;

  • - 150 g of thick natural yogurt;

  • - 50 g of mayonnaise;

  • - 1 tsp curry;

  • - salt;
  • For a booger:

  • - 10 quail eggs;

  • - 300 ml of 2.5% milk;

  • - 100 g of honey;

  • - 1 banana;

  • - a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Hearty Quail Egg Salad

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel and cut into slices. Cook hard-boiled eggs on the next burner in 4-5 minutes, fill with ice water, free from the shell and cut lengthwise into halves.

Rub the egg yolks with mustard, salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice there and beat the sauce until smooth, pouring olive oil. Wash the spinach leaves, pat dry on a paper towel and place on a flat dish. Put potatoes, eggs on top, pour dressing and sprinkle with chopped tarragon.

Dietary quail eggs

Cut 1 tomato into cubes. Scrub the bell pepper from the seeds and chop the pulp with a knife. Chop the celery finely. Sauté the vegetables in a small amount of vegetable oil until soft for 3-5 minutes, then simmer them under the lid over low heat for another 5-7 minutes.

Break the quail eggs into the pan, slightly salt them and cook until they catch. Garnish scrambled eggs with slices of remaining tomato.

Quail Egg Meatballs

Pass the meat through a meat grinder and mix thoroughly with your hands with chicken egg, grated garlic, pepper, curry and salt. Pinch off a little of this mass with your hands dipped in water, dazzle a cake in your palms from it, put an egg in the middle and stick it around with minced meat.

Roll the balls in flour and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown. Fry flour in butter, dilute with milk, stirring constantly, and simmer thickening sauce. Pour it in a plate with meatballs or in a gravy boat.

Heat the curry in a dry frying pan for a minute, then pour in yogurt. Mix everything with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly and salt to taste. Put the sauce in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and select the soft core with a dessert spoon. Pour inside a “cup” a small pinch of salt and put them on quail eggs. String "mushrooms" on skewers or toothpicks and serve with cooked sauce.

Quail Eggnog

Beat eggs with honey using a whisk or mixer. Mash the banana with a fork and add to the egg mixture. Stir in the milk. Sprinkle the nogogol with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Celery in fried eggs can be replaced with lettuce or spinach.
