  • - 400 g of pickled mushrooms;

  • - 100 ml sour cream;

  • - 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;

  • - garlic - 2-3 cloves;

  • - ground pepper (to taste);

  • - salt (to taste);

  • - greens (dill, parsley, etc.);

  • - a frying pan.

Any pickled mushrooms (saffron mushrooms, porcini, chanterelles, russula, mushrooms, etc.) must be thoroughly washed in running water before frying. You can use both homemade pickling mushrooms and store mushrooms. Heat the pan on the stove and add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil. Peel the onions, cut them into cubes or half rings and fry on low heat until golden brown.

Then put the washed mushrooms in a pan, salt and add spices to taste, close the lid and fry for 15-20 minutes. A few minutes before the end of frying, you can add sour cream to the mushrooms. Fried pickled mushrooms are ready and they can be served with vegetables (potatoes or cabbage), buckwheat or other side dishes.

Cook fried mushrooms with potatoes. Peel and chop the onion, then fry in vegetable oil in a preheated pan. Rinse the mushrooms and put in a separate bowl. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips, salt and fry with the onion until half-ready. Then put mushrooms in a pan and fry over low heat.

Keep in mind that you need to cook potatoes and mushrooms carefully, make sure that the potatoes are almost fried and only then add mushrooms, otherwise the dish may turn out to be damp.

Undoubtedly, your family will like fried pickled mushrooms with sour cream. Rinse the mushrooms under running water and put in a separate bowl. In the meantime, peel the onions and fry them in a pan with warmed vegetable oil, then transfer the mushrooms to the onion and fry them for several minutes, then add more vegetable oil and continue to fry until the liquid evaporates.
