Recipe 1. “Roasted drumstick.” • Wash the drumstick, dry and place in a deep bowl. Add plenty of salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add basil, coriander, mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper, squeeze the garlic and mix everything. Tighten with cling film and place in a cold place for 2-3 hours. • Heat the oil in a pan and put the drumstick there. Sauce in which she marinated, grease it on top.
