Instruction manual

1

Before baking sturgeon, clean and rinse it. It is not forbidden to spread the fish on a baking sheet as a whole, but it is baked in pieces much faster and immediately ready for portioned serving. Therefore, this recipe is perfect for those who want to quickly cook a delicious dish, without fear for its appearance.

2

Cut the fish into pieces no more than 2 cm thick, otherwise it will not be able to bake evenly. Then grease the steaks with a mixture of lemon juice with a few drops of vinegar, vegetable oil, black pepper, salt and marjoram or thyme herbs. If time permits, leave the fish to marinate in this mixture, transferring it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

3

Make a foil envelope for each piece of fish. To do this, cut a piece twice the size of the steak itself, taking into account the height of the sides. Fold the foil in two layers, creating a small semblance of a small saucer. Inside, additionally lubricating the bottom of the foil with oil is not required, the fish is initially saturated with it and will not burn during cooking.

4

Cut the mushrooms into slices a couple of millimeters thick, fry them together with onions, cut into half rings. It is not necessary to bring vegetables to readiness, you just need to slightly fry them, having received a crust. A few minutes are enough for this.

5

Put a piece of fish on it, put a tablespoon of the mixture of mushrooms and baked in the oven, will be ready for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before turning off, remove the foil so that a crust forms on the fish. If you wish, sprinkle steaks with grated cheese, which will make the steak more effective, but you can do without it.

Useful advice

You can serve such a sturgeon on the table in the same serving plates made of foil, decorating with a branch of fresh dill on top.
