- - 1 lemon

Thaw the fish fillet at room temperature, rinse in clean water, and then cut into small pieces and put in a bowl. Salt and pepper the slices, add dried herbs to taste, rub everything well in the fillet.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of which mix with mustard, pour the mixture with this mixture and let it marinate for 30 minutes in a cool place.

Cut the remaining half of the lemon into rings and peel and divide the garlic into cloves. Mash the teeth a little so that they only crack.

Pour the vegetable oil into the pan, heat it well, put the cloves of garlic, fry them a little, so that they become a little golden. After that, put the pieces of fish and lemon rings, pour the remaining lemon juice.

Cover the pan and place in the oven to bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Put the fish on a plate, put slices of lemon and serve.

Take the pan only with a removable handle, otherwise it will melt.
