Prepare the potatoes. Wash it thoroughly under running water with a brush. If the potatoes are young, then the peel is best left. If you are using old tubers, clean them. For a baked dish, you should choose medium-sized potatoes - so it cooks much faster. In case you use large tubers, cut them into pieces.

Wash the parsley. Dill is also suitable for this dish. Shake off excess moisture and finely chop the greens.

Peel the garlic. Each clove individually chop with a knife. Collect all the garlic in one slide on the board and once again go over it with a chopping blade.

Take a deep bowl. Combine in it herbs, garlic, five to six tablespoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of coarse sea salt.

Put the potatoes in a bowl and roll the tubers in the mixture. Take the baking bag, put the potatoes in it and pour the rest of the oil sauce out of the bowl. Tie the bag so that there is a lot of air left in it. Shuffle the contents of the bag, then make a few holes in it with a needle - this will keep the bag from breaking during heating.

Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees. Place the bag on a baking sheet so that the holes are inside. The potato will be ready in thirty to fifty minutes (depending on the size of the tubers). Readiness can be checked with a knife: if it comes in easily, then the dish can be served on the table.

Brown the potato crust. Once your dish is ready, open the bag. Tubers should be fully visible. Leave them in this position in the oven for another ten minutes.

Without punctures, the package can explode, but do not make too many of them. Poke a needle with three to four holes at the same distance from each other, this will be enough to let out excess air.

You can add your favorite vegetables to the potato and bake them together. For example, coarsely chopped carrots, eggplant, zucchini, celery.
