Another unusual recipe for fillet is with honey and herbs. Cooking this dish is quite simple, but it looks very impressive, so it’s suitable even for special occasions.

Thanks to honey, the turkey during baking will get a very beautiful fried crust, and inside the meat will remain tender and retain all the juices.

You will need:

- fillet weighing 400-500 g;

- 100 g of honey;

- 1 tablespoon of dried herbs;

- a pinch of nutmeg;

- ground black pepper and salt.

Cut the fillet across the fibers into batch pieces weighing 100-125 g each. Wrap them with cling film and lightly beat off. Then salt and pepper, sprinkle with nutmeg and dried herbs. Coat the turkey with honey. Put in a baking dish or on a baking sheet and place in a hot oven for 30-40 minutes. During baking, periodically pour meat with the allocated juice. So the fillet will turn out soft and will not be overdried.
