You will need

    • per liter of water:
    • vinegar 100g,
    • 300 g of granulated sugar,
    • a teaspoon of salt
    • 3-5 grape brushes (the number of brushes depends on their size)

Instruction manual

1

Take large brushes of grapes. Berries should be large and not mashed. Each berry must be separated from the branch and washed thoroughly in slightly warm water. Fold the washed berries in a bowl and let them dry a little.

2

Prepare jars of the required size. It is most convenient to use three-liter jars, but if you do not need a lot of grapes, then smaller ones, for example, liter or half-liter, are also suitable. In order for the jars to be fully prepared for pickling, they must be thoroughly washed, wiped and sterilized. And only after that lay grapes in them.

3

Cook the marinade. To do this, dissolve sugar in water, add salt, vinegar and put to boil. If desired, you can even add cinnamon or a little clove. Then you get a slightly unusual taste. After the marinade begins to boil, it is necessary to let it stand and cool slightly for about 5-10 minutes, and then fill the previously prepared cans with grapes.

4

Banks can be closed with ordinary hard polyethylene lids. Such covers are sold in any store and require pre-treatment with boiling water. Or you can roll up the tin can. After seaming, the jars of pickled grapes should be kept in a dark, cool place.

note

The process of pickling grapes requires absolute purity. As with any pickling, any extraneous crumb or mote can lead to the fact that the finished can with the marinade simply goes bad. Therefore, before you begin the process of preparation, remove all unnecessary and unnecessary from the table and wipe all the objects that you will use.
