Cucumber salad with dill for the winter

Collect the fruits, wash them. If you have been away for quite some time, and the cucumbers have become quite large, then peel the hard skin off them. Prepare all the necessary ingredients:

- 3 kg of cucumbers;

- 10-12 branches of dill;

- 450 g of onions;

- 16 tbsp vegetable oil;

- 2 tbsp salts;

- 4 tbsp granulated sugar;

- 7 tbsp 9% vinegar.

Continue to train overgrown greenbacks. Cut each in half and grind in the form of half rings. Cut the onions in the same way. Only peel and rinse them first.

Using a sharp knife, finely chop the dill. In a pan or bowl in which you put all these vegetables and dill, add salt, sugar, pour in vegetable oil and vinegar, mix. After that, all the ingredients must be allowed to brew for 4 hours.

This time is more than enough to prepare cans and lids. Wash them thoroughly. Sterilize the jars over steam for 5-7 minutes, and lower the lids into boiling water for 3 minutes. Take small cans, the best is 700 grams.

After 4 hours, put the cucumber salad in the pan, put it on the fire. After its contents boil, let it boil for 5-6 minutes. Put the salad in prepared jars, roll up. Turn the jars onto the table, wrap them with a newspaper, and then a blanket. Such a workpiece is well stored not only in the cold, but also at room temperature. But they are unlikely to give her a long stand. The salad turns out to be so tasty, delicate that after the first can often open the next.
