  • - 500 grams of minced meat,

  • - 50 grams of breadcrumbs,

  • - ground black pepper to taste,

  • - flour for breading to taste.

  • Vegetable stew:

  • - 1 onion,

  • - 500 grams of water,

  • - salt to taste,

  • - ground black pepper to taste,

  • - 2 tomatoes

  • - 1 carrot,

  • - 1 bell pepper,

  • - 2 cloves of garlic,

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil

  • - parsley to taste,

  • - 1 teaspoon of rosemary,

  • - 1 teaspoon of basil,

  • - saffron to taste,

  • - green peas to taste.

Peel the onion and grind it in a blender. Add a pound of minced meat to the onion, salt, pepper and mix well. Add water and mix. Then add 50 grams of breadcrumbs. Beat the egg and mix well, the mince is ready.

Form medium-sized meatballs and roll them in flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry meatballs until golden. Put the fried meatballs on a plate with paper towels to glass the butter.

For the stew. Wash and peel vegetables, cut to your liking. Heat butter (2 tablespoons) and vegetable (1 tablespoon) oil in a saucepan. Pass the chopped onion.

Add carrots and bell peppers to the onion stew. Fry for about five minutes.

Add chopped pulp of tomatoes, grated cloves of garlic to vegetables, add water (preferably hot), season with salt, sugar and other spices, mix. Stew the stew under the lid over low heat for half an hour.

After half an hour, put meatballs in a stew-pan to stew, simmer for ten minutes. Then add frozen peas and season with saffron, cook another ten minutes. Before removing the stew from the heat, add chopped parsley to it.
