Rinse millet, add water to cover the cereal and boil. Then carefully drain the water and transfer the millet to the pumpkin. Sort and rinse the rice. Pour it into a pan with pumpkin and millet. Pour in milk, salt and mix thoroughly. Put on a small fire and cook for fifteen to twenty minutes until the porridge thickens. Then cover tightly with a lid, wrap the pan thoroughly with a towel and leave it for thirty minutes to stew. Serve the butter separately to the table.

2

Buns Buns Peel potatoes, wash and boil in salted water. Then drain the water and thoroughly crush the potatoes with a mortar. Make sure there are no lumps. Finely chop the bacon. Peel and chop onions in small cubes. Put the bacon and onions in the pan, pour in a little vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. Mix mashed potatoes with flour, add butter, grated cheese, milk and baking powder (baking powder of the dough, which will add fluffiness and airiness to the product). If you do not have a ready-made baking powder on hand, it is easy to make it yourself. To prepare a tablespoon of baking powder, mix 0.5 tbsp. l soda and citric acid. It is recommended that the prepared baking powder be first mixed with flour, then sieved and only then added to the dough. Put the bacon and onions in the potato dough and mix everything thoroughly. Divide into pieces, roll the balls, grease each with an egg and place on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake rolls in it until cooked.

3

Cottage cheese casserole: Mix cottage cheese with eggs, add fructose and semolina. Wash the apples, finely chop and combine with the curd mass. You can add cinnamon, which not only gives the casserole a unique aroma and taste, but also helps to reduce glucose. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and transfer the mixture to a greased form with vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place in it a form with a curd pastry for twenty minutes for baking.

note

Patients with diabetes need to exclude from their diet figs, raisins and grapes, which are quickly absorbed into the blood, while increasing sugar levels.

But you should definitely include cabbage, carrots, eggplant, zucchini, cucumbers and tomatoes in the menu.
