Rinse the meat with strong saline. It is prepared at the rate of approximately 100 g of salt per 1 liter of water.

Soak the meat for 2 hours in a weak solution of ordinary potassium permanganate (slightly pinkish).

Put the meat for 20-30 minutes in acidified water. You can use table vinegar or citric acid.

Use in the preparation of aromatic spices - rosemary, thyme, coriander, basil. Finely chopped onions or crushed garlic will perfectly hide the smell.

Pickle meat with softening marinade (sour).

Boil the meat for 20 minutes first in one water, transfer to fresh water and continue cooking.

Rinse the meat with a solution of baking soda. Then place for 5 minutes in a weak acidic solution.

When boiling in a container, add a couple of pieces of charcoal (which is sold in stores) or 2 tablets of activated charcoal from a home medicine cabinet. If you cook the meat in another way (fry or stew), then chop it, put in a pan and add charcoal. Fill with cold water and leave for 2-3 hours. After that, you can cook without fear of an extraneous smell.

Rub a piece of meat on all sides with salt and pepper, let lie for 1 hour. Instead, you can also use mustard.

Roll pieces of meat in granulated sugar. Then sprinkle with plenty of salt. Leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly before cooking.
