  • For lime decoration: 1 cup cream with a fat content of 35%; 1.5 cups of sugar; 0.5 cup coconut flakes; 1 lime.

  • For jelly: 2 teaspoons of gelatin; 3 tbsp. tablespoons of water; 200 g of any berry; 5 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Garnish the cheesecake with berries - this is perhaps the easiest design option. Take any berries, wash them, dry thoroughly and lay on top of the pie. You can take raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, currants for this. The main thing is to choose ripe and whole fruits. Sprinkle icing sugar over the berries and garnish with mint leaves.

Make a cheesecake with cocoa powder or instant coffee. To do this, cut out a circle of food paper with a diameter of the shape in which you made the pie. On this circle, draw, and then cut out any figures as desired - circles, stars, hearts. Place the stencil on the cake and sprinkle the sifted cocoa powder out of the sieve. After that, carefully remove the paper. A drawing appears on the cheesecake. Using stencils, you can decorate cheesecake with chocolate chips in the same way. And if the top of your cake is dark, then sprinkle it with white chocolate or powdered sugar.

Cover the cheesecake with chocolate. To make it, melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar, cocoa powder and milk, bring to a boil. Stir the icing constantly and cook it until it begins to thicken. Pour the finished cake with icing.

Garnish with cheesecake lime - this will add a little acidity to your cake. First, whip the cream with a glass of sugar to make a dense mass. Using a pastry syringe, apply whipped cream on the surface of the pie. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Peel the lime, remove the film, and cut the flesh into small slices. Combine sugar and coke chips. If desired, you can use powdered sugar instead of sugar. Roll the lime slices in this mixture and place on a pie over the whipped cream.

Cover the cheesecake with jelly. Pour gelatin with water and leave for 15 minutes. At this time, put the berries and icing sugar on the fire, stirring constantly, until the berries give juice. Mash the berries thoroughly, strain them through a sieve and mix with gelatin. Heat all this mass over low heat until the gelatin dissolves.
