    • For salad:
    • 1 can of canned beans;
    • 1 can of canned corn;
    • 1 pack of crackers;

    • For hot sandwiches:

Make the cake dough. In a deep bowl, mix 1 cup of kefir and granulated sugar, 1 egg, 0.5 teaspoon of soda and 1.5 cups of flour. You should get a homogeneous mass. If desired, washed raisins, vanillin or cocoa can be added to the dough.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Pour the dough on it and place in a moderately preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes.

Peel and wash 2 potatoes and 1 onion. Grate potatoes on a fine grater. Chop the onion finely.

Mix potatoes and onions, add 100 g of minced meat and 1 egg. If there is no mincemeat, replace it with grated sausage or sausage, boiled sausage. Mix the resulting mass, salt and pepper to taste. With a teaspoon, put the resulting filling on slices of loaf.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put sandwiches in a hot pan with the filling down. Fry the sandwich until golden brown. Then, using two forks, turn it over and fry it on the second side.

Take one can of canned red beans and corn. Rinse beans in cold boiled water. Combine the contents of both cans.

Add 1 pack of croutons with any taste to beans and corn. Mix everything and season the salad with mayonnaise.

Cut the cooled cake into portioned pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can cut the cupcake lengthwise into two layers and cover it with jam or jam.
