A geyser coffee maker is simple and affordable for every customer, but you should not be biased because it is in such a coffee maker that you can brew coffee that will be much stronger and more aromatic than that which can be obtained using many other types of models. This coffee machine is called a geyser because if you open the lid during the process of brewing coffee, you can see something that looks like a geyser.

The geyser coffee maker consists of two halves that are twisted together. With its help, you can brew coffee both on a gas stove and on an electric one.

To brew coffee using a geyser coffee machine, pour water into the lower part (indicated by the letter A in the diagram) of its part (the water level should not be higher than the valve, which looks like a screw with a hole in the middle). Cover this tank with a filter (it looks like a hybrid of a small bowl with holes in the bottom and a funnel, in the diagram - B). Put ground coffee in this filter so that it is evenly distributed over the entire area of the bottom of the bowl. Screw the upper part (C) tightly onto the lower tank, then put the coffee maker on a small fire. Remove the coffee maker from the heat after the coffee stops pouring into the outer part. After that, let the coffee machine with coffee stand for another minute on the stove, and after that pour the drink into the cup.

Helpful hints:

1. Thoroughly rinse the geyser coffee maker with laundry soap before first use.

2. Adjust the amount of coffee to your liking. For example, in order to get a weak Americano, 1-1.5 teaspoons of ground coffee is enough. If you want a strong expresso, pour the same amount of coffee two, two and a half times less water.

3. After use, immediately disassemble and rinse the coffee maker manually each time.
