Prepare the berries: rinse thoroughly under running water in a colander, remove the stalks and seeds. Put the berries in a deep bowl in which you will make jam.

Start cooking fructose syrup. To do this, put a container of water on a low fire, gradually pour fructose, stir constantly. Add gelatin to increase the density and density of the finished jam.

Pour the syrup into a bowl with berries, bring to a boil, boil over low heat for no more than 10-12 minutes, constantly stirring thoroughly and removing the foam with a slotted spoon. Remove the fire, stir for a while, then cover the bowl with a lid and let the jam cool and reach without removing the container from the fire for about 1 hour.

Rinse cans well, sterilize over steam for about 15 minutes each. Allow treated containers to cool and dry. Place the lids for preservation in a saucepan, boil over low heat for about 3 minutes, drain the water, let it cool and dry.

After an hour, if the jam has completely cooled down, you can remove the preservation in the refrigerator or cellar for long-term storage.
