Instruction manual

1

Rinse the young dill, dry it by putting it on a cotton towel. Pass it through the meat grinder. Distribute the juicy thick mass with "syrup" into sterilized jars, salt and roll up the lids. Keep in the refrigerator. This dill is ideal for soups.

2

Dry the dill with whole stalks, as well as chopped. Lay it out or hang it in a well-ventilated area. To maintain a green color, avoid drying in direct sunlight. Store dried dill in glass jars under tightly closed lids in a dark, dry place.

3

Fresh dill can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks in a tightly closed dry jar. Do not wash or wet it beforehand. So young dill will not lose color and freshness (and beneficial properties).

4

Rinse the dill under running water. Spread and briefly dry the twigs. Finely chop. Sprinkle a thin layer into a plastic bag, tightly roll it into a roll, releasing all the air, and send it to the freezer. Can be folded into a small container and also placed in a freezer. When you need fresh dill, just take out a roll, expand a little and pour out the required amount of greenery. The rest can be further stored in the freezer.

note

Dill is not only tasty greens, but also incredibly healthy. It contains a large amount of vitamins C, P, PP, folic acid, carotene, potassium, iron, calcium and phosphorus salts. Dill is rich in fiber and essential oils.

Moreover, dill has anti-inflammatory, vasodilating, antiseptic, laxative, expectorant, anticonvulsant, sedative and hypnotic effects. Dill is able to improve appetite, increase the body's resistance to disease, has a beneficial effect on the activity of the mammary glands.

There are contraindications: the use of dill should be limited to people with low blood pressure and pregnant women.
