Recipe 1. In a separate bowl, put the gelatin, pour it with orange juice and leave to swell. Put sugar in a saucepan, pour water, add zest. Stir, put on fire and heat over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Then remove the mixture from the heat, pour out the gelatin and stir quickly to completely dissolve the gelatin. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve so that there are no lumps. Cover the square shape with foil. Pour in the mixture there with a layer about 2 cm thick. Put in the refrigerator and leave for 6-8 hours. Sprinkle parchment paper with powdered sugar. Take out the finished marmalade, put it on paper and cut into pieces, roll in icing sugar.

Recipe 2. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 40 minutes. Let the frozen strawberries melt a little, and then transfer to a blender. Using a blender, turn the berries into mashed potatoes. Pour the icing sugar and mix again. Take the plastic molds left over from the candy set. Lay the cells with cling film so that later it is convenient to get the finished marmalade. Pour the swollen gelatin into a saucepan, put on a fire and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Mix the berry puree with gelatin to a homogeneous mass. Pour the mixture into molds and put in the refrigerator for several hours.

Recipe 3. Pour juice into a metal bucket, heat it a little. Pour pectin into the juice. Leave the mixture for half an hour. Pour sugar into a hotel saucepan, pour it in a cup of juice, put on a small fire and bring to a boil. Cook until the sugar has dissolved, stirring constantly. Then pour the mixture with a thickener, mix and bring to a boil again. Then turn off the heat and allow the liquid to cool a little. Spread the baking dish with cling film, pour the mixture there. Then put it in the refrigerator for several hours. After that, take out and cut into pieces.

Useful advice

Before putting the marmalade mixture in the refrigerator, cool it to room temperature, otherwise you risk spoiling not only the marmalade, but also the refrigerator itself.
