You will need

  • minced meat;

  • spaghetti - 300 g;

  • carrots - 1 pc;

  • onions - 1 pc;

  • celery;

  • garlic - 4 cloves;

  • cream - 60 ml;

  • olive oil;

  • greens;

  • fresh tomatoes - 5 pcs;

  • red wine - 60 ml;

  • ground black pepper and salt.

Instruction manual

1

Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, and then quickly in cold water. Next, remove them and peel. Twist in a blender or meat grinder.

2

Finely chop the carrots, onion and celery. Combine the chopped ingredients and sauté them until half cooked over low heat.

3

Put the minced meat, divide it into small pieces and mix. Sauté the spaghetti bolognese mixture for 10 minutes, then pepper and salt.

4

Add fire and pour wine. Add the tomatoes, cover the pan and simmer for another 20 minutes. Next, put chopped garlic, chopped herbs, pour in the cream and cook for another 5 minutes.

5

Pour water into a large pot, add salt and let it boil. Pour spaghetti and boil them over high heat for 10 minutes. Try not to boil them too much. After that, throw the spaghetti into a colander.

6

Arrange the spaghetti on plates, pour them on top with Bolognese sauce. You can sprinkle with grated cheese if you wish. Serve this dish hot.

note

Almost any pasta is suitable for this dish. Fresh tomatoes in a Bolognese pasta recipe can be replaced with tomato puree or canned in their own juice.

Useful advice

In addition to spaghetti, bolognese sauce can be served with mashed potatoes, but this will no longer be a traditional recipe for bolognese pasta.
